Magnificent historic aristocratic summer residence located in the Malmantile countryside, just 18 km from Florence.
Dating back to the year 1000, the villa was first owned by the Pazzi (a Florentine family), then by the Frescobaldi. It now belongs to the Dorin family.
Surrounded by a large park planted with centuries-old trees and an Italian garden, it includes a gazebo with a dining table for 18 people and a covered pergola, ideal for relaxing outdoors while sipping a glass of wine.
Beautiful swimming pool (15 meters long) with umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers, and portable toilets.
