Diani Beach Villa

The house is furnished with art and has an old-world Swahili ambiance. There is a shared pool with lounge chairs right on the beach, featuring both a deep and a shallow children's pool.

Tamani is a quiet, family-friendly complex, located just past the luxury Almanara Resort. No loud parties allowed. Diani Airport is only 10 minutes from the house, with several daily flights to Nairobi and nearby game parks. Tsavo National Parks are just a four-hour drive away and can also be accessed via the SGR train.

You can walk to several fantastic beachfront restaurants, including the famous Sails and Salty Squid. We are located between two excellent kitesurfing schools. The Marine Park is just a short drive away, where you can take a traditional dhow boat for incredible snorkeling and, if you're lucky, swim with dolphins.

Please note: This is a private family home that we rent out when we are away. It is not a full-time rental, meaning it is not completely empty but remains very welcoming. Guests are expected to take care of the home and its belongings. Some personal items are locked away in an extra room that is not accessible to guests.

Due to the construction of a new house next door, Tulua offers a 30% discount to travelers.

Tamani Complex is directly on Galu Beach (perfect for swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, etc.). The house is located behind the beachfront homes, just a 3-minute walk to the pool from your door.

5-8 minutes' walk to several restaurants, beach activities, and two kitesurfing schools

Traditional Ngalawa (wooden sailing boats) and glass-bottom boats available for sandbank snorkeling trips

Enjoy a full-day excursion to Wasini Island and the Marine National Park for dolphin spotting and amazing snorkeling/diving. Transportation will pick you up directly from the house.

A private chef can be arranged separately in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.

If desired, we can also book your transportation, and our massage therapist will bring a massage table directly to the house. She is one of the best masseuses in Kenya!

Daily housekeeping is included. Our house manager, Margaret, will take great care of you, providing any assistance or information on local activities and services.

Monkey Notice: Please do not leave personal belongings outside, as monkeys are quite mischievous and will happily throw their own party if left unattended. Keep doors closed when not inside, and please do not encourage their antics by feeding them.
