The property spans over 700 m2 and offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.
Two luxury villas with sea views are linked on the same property by staircases in the garden.
We designed it in a uniquely luxurious style, taking advantage of the stunning sea views.
The living and dining areas have been designed to take full advantage of the ocean breezes and infinity pools, so that it feels as if the pools and ocean are an integral part of the living space.

The villa is furnished with tropical designer furniture and decorated with chic Thai and French ornaments and artwork.
This gives our properties their own soul, reflecting local interior design and a break from everyday life.

There are 2 fully equipped modern European kitchens ,
2 large living and dining rooms, all with Awesome Seaviews.

The spacious king sized bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the panoramic views.
8 king sized bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and SeaViews.
There is also 1 extra bedroom with a queen sized bed and a Garden view.
Please note that the queen sized bedroom must share a bathroom.

We own and directly manage our villas.

There is easy access to Villa and private parking.
Overlooking Chaweng Beach.
Only minutes from beautiful beaches, Fisherman's Village Markets, Central Shopping Center, and Chaweng Beach.
Great restaurants are a short drive from the villa.
For golfers, the Royal Samui Golf Club is less than a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
The airport is a 15 minute drive.

Other things to note
Please note that the villas are next to each other...one a bit above the other . They connect with stairs through the garden . This may not be suitable for elderly guests .

There is private parking at the villas.

Complimentary advantages: If you come with babies we can add baby beds and high chairs for them.

Optional booking during your stay: Our staff will be here for your comfort until 5pm .
It is possible to extend their hours at a supplementary fee.
We also offer the delivery of groceries.
A Taxi shuttle to the beaches as well as a car or motorbike rental delivered to the villa is available at an extra charge.
Motorbikes should be rent by experienced drivers only.
