1/ Electricity: Due to instances where guests may not be careful with air conditioning usage, we kindly inform you that electricity costs are extra. 8 THB/kWh about 300 Thb/ days (depend how you use aircon) =>Aircon Tips : Setup 25 degrees, turn off when you out of the room, close all doors.

2/ Cleaning one time after seven days, EXTRA CLEANING available on request.
3/ Check in after 3 Pm - Check out Before 10 Am
