We want to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, so we have some important details to share with you:

We will send you a link to do pre check-in and be sure we have all information for your check-in, passport details of your arrival times security deposit etc..

Electricity Charges: Please note that electricity is not included in the rental cost. Guests will be responsible for the electricity charges, which will be billed at a rate of 8 THB/kWh. To cover these costs or in case of any damages, a security deposit will be collected by credit card of 2 000 Thb or by cash 14 000 Thb at the check in.

Weekly AC Usage: If the air conditioning is consistently kept below 25 degrees, the weekly electricity fee may be higher. We kindly request your cooperation in conserving energy by using the AC responsibly.

Electric Meter Reading: To ensure transparency, a picture of the electric meter will be taken upon your arrival and departure. This will help calculate the precise amount to be paid or refunded to you by the villa manager.

Important Note: Power outages or fluctuations in electricity supply are common in tropical regions due to extreme heat and heavy rainfall. Unfortunately, these occurrences are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by power cuts, fluctuations, or any damages resulting from them.
