Recently constructed in 2024, This magnificent is a private beachfront villa available for holiday rental. It is equipped with all the mod-cons, including all en suite bedrooms, two swimming pools and explosive sunset views.
Situated in the southwest part of the island it’s just minutes away from some amazing restaurants and the world- famous Nikki Beach Club.
Located in a quiet enclave, adjacent to one of the island's leading seafood restaurants, it is literally “on the sand” with amazing views of the ocean and awe-inspiring sunsets.

The luxury villa has been thoughtfully designed with a blend of contemporary style and local flavour.
Its calming colour palette of grey and white, reflecting the pristine shoreline, exude a calming effect on guests.

Bedrooms:
There are 6 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms fitted with wet rooms, rain shower heads and wands, and a master suite that has a soaking tub as well.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 12 persons. Additional beds are available upon request for up to 2 more people.

Living & Kitchen:
There are three living areas with adjoining kitchens, ensuring absolute privacy for extended families and guests.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with hobs (gas and induction), fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and table settings/cutlery, allowing you to whip up everything from simple breakfasts to three-course dinner parties
Four dining areas come with large tables, each seating up to 14 adults.
There are three separate airconditioned TV rooms /lounges offering ample space to get away from the kids (if needed).

Outdoors:
Take a dip in the infinity pool or cool off in the plunge pool.
Set within lush gardens are quiet areas with sun loungers, where you can read or work on your tan, as well as sheltered areas cooled by balmy breezes, ideal for a quick snooze.
A covered BBQ and dining area is situated on the sand.

The villa offers a serene haven away from the island's bustling nightlife. Our location was chosen for its quiet charm, where guests can experience breathtaking sunsets in pristine surroundings.
To maintain this calm ambience, we kindly ask guests to refrain from playing amplified music outdoors, including at the beach and barbecue areas.

For those seeking entertainment, the Nikki Beach Club is just 15 minutes away.
