This renovated villa is a very special property. It consists of a main building about 200 years old and completely renovated, a new building with several bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower en suite, and a third part with a beautiful summer kitchen, a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool and a terrace equipped with deckchairs. In the carefully renovated main house, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, a very large modern open living/dining room. The taste for furniture, the white lime walls brings a very pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere. The large sandstone-colored floor tiles and the partly old murals as well as the wooden furniture contribute to the beauty of the place. The dining room opens onto the large living room/kitchen with a modern design. The cream-colored kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from the electric kettle, the toaster, the microwave oven, the juicer, the coffee machine, the stove (set to a pleasant height) to the dishwasher. The long and narrow wooden window in the kitchen is particularly beautiful, offering a superb view while bringing a lot of light into the room. For the colder seasons, there is a fireplace in the main house which creates a pleasant warmth. Opposite the kitchen, at the other end of the living room, an independent stone staircase leads to the only bedroom of the old house, which is also the only one to be equipped with air conditioning. From this comfortable room, you have access to a private terrace. Of course, a modern bathroom is also located on this floor.

Leaving the main house, you access the covered veranda and a small orchard. Both are right next to the house. You will find built-in stone benches, equipped with thick white cushions, which offer enough space to relax and rest. The outdoor space has three terraces in total, one of which is directly on the old main house which has been beautifully renovated. The second terrace is located along the new building and also offers many seats that invite you to relax. In the new terracotta-colored building, you will find four completely independent double bedrooms, each with its own entrance and not connected to each other. Each of these individually decorated rooms is equipped with a ceiling fan and has a private bathroom with all the necessary comforts. One of the rooms even has an additional room that could be used either as a living room or as a children's room, a function for which it would in our opinion be particularly well suited. Terraces covered with a bamboo roof extend along each room. A set of comfortable furniture is also installed there, allowing you to get up in the morning and enjoy direct access to the terrace, regardless of the room you are in, and enjoy the fresh morning air. The beds measure 1.40 m and 1.60 m, and even 1.80 m in two of the rooms. In winter, the main house can be rented by two people only, mainly thanks to the fireplace. Both the main building and the new houses have central heating.

We were particularly impressed by the superb pool and its remarkable details. The single-storey pool measures 10 x 4 m and has a depth of between 0.70 and 2 meters. The pool is surrounded by a terrace. Each customer has a deck chair and two umbrellas for hot sunny days. The brick bench in front of the pool offers an additional space where you can relax and enjoy a long sunbath. In addition to the other two covered terraces, we find another terrace that extends directly along the pool. This terrace is covered with a canopy and bamboo, making it a perfect place to protect yourself from the sun. The white canvas curtains on the sides not only add aesthetics to this area, but also offer additional protection against wind and sun. Under the large canvas roof is another picturesque seating area with a lounge atmosphere, where you can breathe and rest. The long dining table offers enough space for all your guests and the adjacent summer kitchen is a highlight for everyone to cook. Just like the kitchen in the main house, it is equipped with high quality and has a dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave and many cutlery. In addition to this summer kitchen, there is also an independent charcoal barbecue. If you want to cook, you will therefore find in this fantastic outdoor kitchen an ideal place for the summer, while the comfortable and welcoming walls of the main house and the sleeping area of the new building will be almost exclusively reserved for sleeping or shelter after a long day of excursions in the area.

The charming Villa Jara is located in a completely private place, near a country road that leads directly to the beautiful natural beach of Es Trenc. If you are planning a day at the beach, in addition to Es Trenc, there are countless different possibilities in the southern part of the island, each with its own advantages: Between Es Trenc and the beach of Sa Rapita is the beautiful Platja Ses Covetes, 300 meters long and located only 4.5 km from the villa. There is a rental service of umbrellas and sun loungers as well as several beach bars and a kiosk. Whatever you spend your day, whether on one of the beautiful beaches in the south of the island or in your spacious villa Jara and its extraordinary outdoor space, your stay in this pleasant villa property promises you rest and enrichment of the soul in an atmosphere furnished with love, individually and comfortably. The 200-year-old villa, with additional new construction and a superb outdoor kitchen, is located in a beautiful rural setting between Campos (10 minutes by car) and the small coastal village of Ses Covetes. In Campos, you can do your daily shopping or maybe stock up on fresh regional products that are sold on Thursdays and Sundays at the village's weekly market. The attractive Platja Ses Covetes is only 4.5 km away, the villa being located on the country road that leads to the beautiful natural beach of Es Trenc.
