This charming property consists of a spacious 2-storey villa in one of the best locations in Puerto Pollença, just 750 meters from the splendid Platja de Muro and the famous seaside promenade.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with bathroom, each with access to a private or shared terrace. A terrace leads by a metal spiral staircase, at the Crows Nest, a newly furnished shaded terrace on the second floor with fantastic views of Pollença Bay, the Tramuntana and Alcudia mountains - ideal for admiring the spectacular sunsets. On the ground floor there is a large master suite, with a terrace overlooking the garden, then a seating area, 2 other private bedrooms, a private bathroom with bath and shower and a family bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and with the living room, you can access a covered terrace that can accommodate 10 people and overlooks the garden and the pool.

Llenaire is one of the best places in the north of Mallorca. Restaurants outside, destination beach bars, beach sports facilities, shops are on average 7 to 20 minutes away, which involves a walk by the sea along Pollenca's elegant tree-lined (and illuminated at night) promenade. A car is not a daily requirement. Everything is so accessible that everyone in the family group has the freedom and flexibility to do what they want without relying on taxis.
