The villa has 2 large covered terraces: the 1st at the front which is equipped with different rest areas, a dining area, a bar area. The 2nd is located at the back of the villa with direct living room and kitchen, ideal for breakfast and lunch. It is equipped with a dining area and a Weber barbecue. At the edge of the 50 m2 swimming pool, you will find an outdoor shower, a dining area under an arbor, as well as a lounge area and 6 deckchairs. You have the possibility to park 2 cars inside the field.
