Magnificent family home, located near the Sintra Natural Park with fantastic views of the Atlantic coast.
Just 1.5 km away is a small village (Malveira da Serra) with supermarkets and restaurants, and 5 km from the beach at Praia do Guincho.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 2 levels. On the first floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms (3 double beds). On either side of the hallway you'll find a bathroom (1 with bath, the other with shower).
The bright living room with its 2 sofas and chaise longue invites you to relax or watch a film on TV.
Next to the living room, you'll find the dining room with direct access to the bright kitchen. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens (one with steam), a microwave, a stove and an American-style refrigerator. From the living room and kitchen, you can access the garden and swimming pool. In the middle of the living room, take the spiral staircase to the lower level with its huge children's playroom. From the playroom, you access the home cinema, and the other 2 bedrooms - one ensuite - and one with an additional bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds.
