Main house: Ground floor: The house features a large living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (with a gas stove and dishwasher), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with two single beds), and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upper floor: It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small living area.

Exterior: A large veranda and a spacious garden with comfortable furniture, as well as an 11x5.5m pool (maximum depth between 2.2m and 1.90m). Outside the house, you will find another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Additional apartment in the garden, with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Extras: mobile barbecue, cable TV, video, radio, CD player, free Wi-Fi, and alarm clock. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Ideally located 5 km from the city of Ibiza and 3 km from Las Salinas and Playa d'en Bossa beaches.
