This sumptuous villa spans two floors and offers a magnificent view of the sea, the sunset, and the bay of Cala Tarida, on the picturesque west coast of Ibiza.

Surrounded by a 5000m2 plot, this 300m2 villa features 3 bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2m or 2x2m) and one with 2 single beds, all well-furnished, spacious, and bright with large built-in wardrobes. There are a total of 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub. One of the double bedrooms has a separate entrance from the terrace and a private bathroom with a shower, making it ideal for anyone in the group who desires a bit more space and privacy.

The living room is equipped with modern amenities such as satellite TV, home cinema, and WLAN, and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for contemporary living, with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher, to name just a few of the many amenities. This villa has air conditioning and central heating. It is equipped with solar panels.

Outside, we find a beautiful 10m x 6m saltwater infinity pool. There are awnings to create shaded areas and an outdoor dining area under a romantic pergola. There is a barbecue and even a chill-out space to relax after a meal.

Prices include full cleaning every 7 nights with a change of sheets and towels. Daily cleaning (3 hours) except on Sundays, with towel changes during the week. THE BARBECUE CANNOT BE USED IN JULY AND AUGUST.
