Beautiful villa of 430 m2 fully fenced, built on a 10,000 m2 plot in the purest Ibizan style, just a few kilometers from Cala Bassa beach and close to the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, and Port des Torrent.

The house has 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and one single bedroom. There are two bungalows outside with a shared terrace. Each bungalow has two beds of 90x190 and a full bathroom with a shower. Also outside the house is a third independent bungalow with two 90x190 beds, a small terrace with a view, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The entire front of the house features a large veranda with furniture for dining or simply enjoying the view or tranquility. From there, you have access to the vast pool area and the barbecue. At the entrance of the villa, there is a full bathroom, a spacious living room with a Sonos system, and several exit doors to the veranda and pool area. From there, a staircase leads to the large kitchen, fully glazed and equipped with a dining area. From the living room, you also access two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds of 90x190, and the other with a 90x190 bed. A staircase leads to the master bedroom upstairs with a double bed of 180x190 and a bathroom with a bathtub, a dressing room, and a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.

Cleaning service: daily cleaning service of about 3 or 4 hours (except Sundays and holidays). A caretaker is included in the price.
