Just 300 meters from the stunning Ballenas beach, this magnificent contemporary-style villa is perched on a small hill, offering you a magnificent view of the beautiful Bonita and Coson beaches.

The accommodation consists of well-defined areas;

On the upper floor, the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms; on the ground floor, the living area with lounges, kitchen, large terrace, and infinity pool. This 350 m² house has 4 bedrooms spread over two levels: to access the upper floor, you take a lovely solid wood staircase, at the top of which a walkway will lead you to the bedrooms.
To the left is the Master Suite, which is spacious and airy, opening onto a large private terrace where you can peacefully contemplate the vastness of the ocean. Beautifully decorated, it includes a dressing room, a large bathroom, and a King Size bed.

The right side of the upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms (each with its terrace) and two large bathrooms. The first two have Queen Size beds, and the third has 4 small Twin bunk beds for children.

The main entrance of the villa on the "day" level opens onto two large lounges, one of which is equipped with a large LCD TV, DVD player, and multimedia HiFi system. To the right is a toilet and a sink. Next is the kitchen area, which is fully equipped with the most modern appliances and opens onto a huge covered terrace consisting of a dining area and a comfortable lounge. This entirely open space overlooks a magnificent infinity pool, whose perspective merges with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

On the garden side, you will have a relaxation area with a Balinese bed as well as an independent bungalow with 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace. You can access a beautiful white sand beach, where a small river flows, via a private path.
