This luxury 4 bedroom villa, which has recently been refurbished, offers high quality accommodation for up to 8 people.

A beautiful 4 bedroom villa, centrally located within the popular golf and beach resort of Vale do Lobo. The property is very well situated to access the local amenities, being just a 10-minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket and medical centre, and a 20-minute walk to the sandy beach and adjacent "Praca", where you will find a selection of quality, international restaurants to choose from. The 2 championship golf courses of Vale de Lobo, The Royal and Ocean courses, are also nearby.

This luxury villa has recently been refurbished and benefits from some fabulous new additions which will appeal to guests, including a new covered exterior dining/ kitchen area with top of the range gas BBQ, new living room furnishings and decor and entertainment equipment for the family, in the form of a table tennis table and football table, conveniently set up in the enclosed rear courtyard of the villa.

The villa is set back from the quiet Cul de Sac in which it is located with parking for several vehicles. The two floor property has strong Fibre internet, is air conditioned throughout and benefits from under floor heating for the cooler winter months (supplement required). The house is alarmed and has two safety deposit boxes.


The Bedrooms
The first floor has two bedrooms, both of which can be used as Masters.
Master bedroom one has a super king size bed. There is a Smart TV with cable channels and en suite bathroom containing a fabulous self-cleaning Jacuzzi bath. Patio doors lead you onto a shared terrace which is furnished to enjoy the superb views down to the pool and garden and golf course beyond.
Master bedroom two has a super king size bed that can also be set up as twin beds. There is a Smart TV with cable channels and the en suite shower room has a walk in 5 headed power shower. Patio doors lead you out to the above shared terrace.
Located on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms:
Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with Smart TV with cable channels and en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace and pool area.
Bedroom four is a beautifully refurbished twin bedroom that can be set up as a super king size bed if required, with Smart TV with cable channels and en suite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the villa.

Outside Areas
The whole exterior of the property has been repainted and the pool surround retiled. A stunning, wooden pergola structure with vaulted ceiling has been built to cover the large wooden dining table and 8 chairs that sits alongside the new outdoor kitchen area with gas barbecue. Quality lounge furniture is placed under the covered terrace than runs the length of the property and new, comfortable sun loungers sit alongside the large swimming pool (12m x 6m) which can be heated at a supplementary charge. The garden is well maintained with sloping lawns and mature trees.
