It’s a strategic location; you are equidistant from Marigot and Philipsburg, on the Dutch side for your lively evenings…

The house is composed as follows, in a 5-bedroom version:
The main area - with a TV lounge, WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen extended by a huge partially covered terrace, sea view, an 8x4 pool, and a 4x2 beach area with a large pool house featuring a lounge area and a fully equipped bar.

Sleeping areas:
- 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (king-size bed 180x200)
- 1 smaller bedroom suitable for two children (king-size bed 180x200)
- 1 bedroom with a bathroom, independent access via the sea view terrace
- 1 apartment of 35 m², with a living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (king-size bed 180x200) with a bathroom.

The sea view deck is equipped with a plancha, sun loungers, a high table, and above all, a punch bowl (private kiddie pool 2x2.5) for unforgettable aperitifs…
