This charming chalet, which can accommodate 12 people (10 adults maximum), is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac between the village resorts of Le Grand-Bornand and Chinaillon. The accommodation is 750 m from the Chinaillon ski lift, but a bus stop is even closer, 150 m from the chalet.

In the evening, when you return from your day of winter sports, you will have the leisure to rest and relax in the sauna or the Nordic bath. Very hygienic and modern, the Skarsgard DualBurner works very efficiently in terms of heating, with a filter system to ensure that the water remains clean. Thanks to its cover, children are safe, although parental supervision is of course required at all times.

Summer visitors will love swimming in the superb outdoor swimming pool between June and September and sunbathing on the ideally exposed terrace, since the sun shines there almost all day. Note that the swimming pool is equipped with automatic protection for children. In winter, you will have fun building snowmen or having snowball fights in the large garden. A stream flows below the property's grounds.

A wide choice of shops and restaurants await you in Chinaillon and Le Grand-Bornand. The Tourist Office offers a wide range of activities in both summer and winter.

THE PROPERTY ...
The accommodation is spread over three levels.

The main entrance is on the ground floor. However, if you are returning from skiing, take the entrance on the garden level, as it will take you directly to the ski room. You will have the necessary space to leave your equipment there, a heated boot dryer to hang your boots and pick them up dry the next day. You will probably want to warm up in the sauna before heading to the living area upstairs. The sauna is located in the master bedroom, which also has an adjoining shower room and opens onto the terrace.

This level also includes a laundry room, a toilet and a second kitchen. The latter will be particularly useful if you eat on the terrace, or for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

The main kitchen is on the ground floor. It consists of a range cooker, a large fridge-freezer, and everything needed to satisfy the taste buds of a regiment. You can even bake bread! All the occupants of the chalet can eat together at the large table. Bay windows open onto the large balcony, the opportunity to admire the view while sipping a glass of wine, while the children go sledding in the garden. After dinner, you will gather in the living room by the fire. Comfortably settled on the soft sofas, you will watch a film, play board games or plan your next day in the Alps. There is another twin bedroom on this level, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

Heading up to the first floor, you will pass through a landing furnished with a leather chaise longue, perfect for reading in peace. This floor has three bedrooms. The first has two built-in double beds and a shower room with toilet. The second is a double bedroom and the third has twin beds. These share a shower room with toilet.
There is space for five cars to park in front of the chalet.
NOTE: One dog can be accepted at the chalet with prior permission from the owner. Please contact us to discuss this. An additional fee of 125 euros per week will be payable on arrival at the chalet in winter, and 175 euros in summer when the pool is available. Cats are not accepted at the chalet.

IMPORTANT: The outdoor swimming pool is available between June and September, but is only heated in July and August. Between June and September, the Nordic bath is available on request only.
