Ideally located, the villa is 5 minutes from the Raisins Clairs beach and 12 minutes from the Bois Jolan beach. The fishing port and the Rotonde market are 8 minutes away.

The villa offers 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen-size bed, a bathroom with toilet. On the mezzanine, above the living room, a fourth bedroom with fan, but not air-conditioned with 2 single beds, a shower and a sink.
