A refundable accidental deposit of 10,000 THB per stay will be collected upon check-in and to be returned upon check-out
Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in: 15:00 hrs. and Check-out: 11:00 hrs.
- Check-in and Check-out will be conducted in your villa. If your arrival is scheduled after 6:00 PM, our security guard will guide you to your villa and the formal check-in will be performed by our villa manager on the following day.
- Concierge services and operation hours available every day of the week between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Expected Time of Arrival: Kindly advise at least 48 hours prior to arrival date
Airport Transfer SHA+:
- Private van: THB 2,200.- net per car per way (max. 5 persons)

Cancellation Policy:
- Booking is non-refundable
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
