Since the villa is positioned downhill from the access road and the private carport, the main entrance is located at the upper level together with the two double guest bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms.

The lower level can be accessed either by the internal staircase or by an additional external stairway that gives direct access to the pool deck as well as the Master Bedroom.

At the lower level you will find a large dining area with a fully equipped European-style kitchen as well as a common bathroom. From there, a corridor connects to a separate outdoor wing featuring the Master Ensuite Bedroom (with direct pool access).

The smaller additional fourth guestroom (twin beds) with ensuite bathroom is also located at the lower level. The outdoor area at the lower level features a 10×4 meters PRIVATE swimming pool with a spacious deck for outdoor relaxation.

The villa offers a stunning sea view over Kamala Bay.

Every day there is a complimentary service “shuttle”, leaving at scheduled times bringing you to the beach and the neighborhood of Kamala from your Villa.
