Outside, the property has extensive grounds that extend down to the lake and offer a private pontoon for direct access to the lake. In addition, there is a terrace that offers a picturesque setting with views of the water. The outdoor space is also completed by parking for two cars, garden furniture, a barbecue and comfortable sun loungers. This house offers an ideal setting for a lakeside holiday, about 500 m from the village centre of Talloires with all local shops: bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, tobacconist, newsagent, doctor.
