This modern villa located in Terre Sainte in Saint-Pierre, just 450m from Saint-Pierre beach, has a superb outdoor area with a heated swimming pool and breathtaking sea views.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Situated in the heart of the charming Terre Sainte district of Saint Pierre, the villa is ideally located for enjoying the south of the island, with plenty of shops nearby.

The superb heated swimming pool is an extension of the terrace, offering you the most beautiful swims facing the ocean.

On the ground floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned and 1 of which has a fan assisted air circulation system, with a 160 x bed and access to the garden, one of which is a master suite with its own walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A 4th air-conditioned bedroom, with a bunk bed and a convertible sofa if required for extra sleeping space, also has access to the outside. The villa has 1 bathroom with twin basins, walk-in shower, washing machine and separate WC.

On ground floor 1, you'll find a vast living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge with a connected TV, free Wi-Fi and an air blower. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
There is a superb terrace with dining area, garden furniture, and heated swimming pool with sea view for your moments of relaxation and sunbathing, as well as a separate toilet available. A barbecue is also available.

Household linen such as sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.
