This charming villa boasts breathtaking views of the Entre-Deux and Piton des Neiges mountains.

This villa offers top-of-the-range features such as a 100m² infinity pool with a 25 m2 underwater deck, two Jacuzzis, one of which sleeps 7, a sauna, a gym and an 85m² pool house with a shower room, a toilet and a large covered area with a dining table. The villa has a brazier, barbecue, gas plancha and wood-fired kitchen.

On the ground floor, the 134m² living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with central island, dining room, table football, piano and large lounge with XXL television.
There is also a 22 m2 master suite with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, 2 separate WCs and a 36 m2 dressing room with storage on both sides.

Upstairs, 1 air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each have a double bed. Each bedroom has a dressing room, shower room and access to the 167 m2 roof terrace.
