The villa is located in the hills above the village of Veyrier du Lac, on the sunny side of Lake Annecy. The villa has a magnificent view of the lake; Veyrier beach is 600 meters away. The villa is close to the village center with all the essential shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor). Water sports are 800 m away on foot. The city of Annecy is accessible by bike via the cycle path. Paragliding, horse riding and golf in Talloires within a radius of 5 km. Veyrier du Lac has 2200 inhabitants and is located on the sunny side of Lake Annecy. Please note: the bedrooms on the first floor have a cooling system for the summer. The garden level can be occasionally inhabited by the owner's son and an independent studio is located at the back of the villa. Below the house runs a small road with minimal traffic, noticeable from the terrace due to passing vehicles (maximum speed: 30 km / h). Two adult-sized bicycles are available and the lake is easily accessible on foot in summer.
