The villa is located in the hills above the village of Veyrier du Lac, on the sunny side of Lake Annecy. The villa has a magnificent view of the lake; Veyrier beach is 600 meters away. The villa is close to the village center with all the essential shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor). Water sports are 800 m away on foot. The city of Annecy is accessible by bike via the cycle path. Paragliding, horse riding and golf in Talloires within a radius of 5 km. Veyrier du Lac has 2200 inhabitants and is located on the sunny side of Lake Annecy. Please note: the bedrooms on the first floor have a cooling system for the summer.
