Bluffy, nestled in the hills between Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountains, offers a holiday home with a private heated swimming pool. You enter the property on the first floor, where there is a living area with access to the south-facing terrace with a sitting area with fireplace, TV (English channels), dining area, kitchen and four of the bedrooms. Head downstairs to find the other bedrooms and the games room. The first floor terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a drink whilst admiring the view. Alternatively, head to the above-ground wooden swimming pool, heated by a hot water pump (dimensions: 5.80 x 5.80 m), and the pétanque court. The house is located in the hills overlooking Lake Annecy, close to all holiday activities, at the entrance to the village of Bluffy. Various hiking/mountain biking trails are possible in the mountains via Villard and Alex. Nearest grocery stores in the village of Menthon St. Bernard, about 2.5 km away. The garden and pool are accessible via the main entrance. The house is located above the road leading to the village of Bluffy. Traffic noise is sometimes audible in the garden, but not in the house.
