This estate features three villas, ponds and water features, hundreds of flowering bushes, fruit trees and flowers, and a 17-meter infinity pool. The use of thatch, reclaimed teak panels, volcanic stone and local granite/marble/sand creates a sense of intimacy. Ocean views are omnipresent throughout the estate, and each villa makes the most of its proximity to the ocean. Each villa is equipped with a living/dining room, kitchen, media room and two bedrooms with king-size beds, additional single or twin beds, daybeds and en-suite bathrooms. A meticulously manicured lawn links all structures. A bale (located next to our private white-sand beach above the ocean) serves many purposes: oceanfront dining, massage space for those who prefer an open environment to a totally private spa; yoga pavilion, play center and space for art lessons by our artists in residence.

Our estate is managed by Ibu Ayu, who has 20 years' experience in the hotel business and has been with us since the very beginning. She leads a team of seven: professional cook, chambermaids, pool boy, gardener and security staff.
We're in the village of Mendira, in a quiet corner of Candidasa on Bali's east coast. The small town of Candi Dasa, with a number of stores and restaurants to suit all budgets, is a short drive or walk away. A recently completed highway links Mendira to the capital and the airport. Denpasar can be reached in 50 minutes, and Ngurah Rai International Airport takes just over an hour.

The estate boasts magnificent ocean views, and each villa offers a panoramic ocean view. Each villa is equipped with a living/dining room, kitchen, media room and two bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Rent all villas together and enjoy the entire estate with its private spa, swimming pool, tennis court and ponds for exclusive use.
