ACCOMMODATION
The villa has 4 dedicated bedrooms and for a 5th bedroom/playroom which makes an equally comfortable bedroom for 1 or 2 adults, or 2 to 3 children. All the bedrooms are large and en-suite (except the playroom which has an adjacent bathroom). The master bedroom is at the front of the upper floor. A room of open planning features a double size Jacuzzi bath sitting just to the rear of the master bed – allowing great views from all points but maintaining privacy at all times.

Main Upstairs Double Bedroom - King-size double bed, double jacuzzi bath with ensuite bathroom. All with incredible ocean and perfect for sunset.
Upstairs Twin Bedroom - Two large Twin Beds and ensuite bathroom, with Garden Views. Can be set up as a Super King-size double if needed.
Downstairs Double Bedroom - King-size double bed, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Views of the Ocean and perfect for sunsets.
Downstairs Twin / Triple Room - Two / Three single beds, with ensuite bathroom view to the gardens. This can also be made up as a Super King if needed.
Our standard villa rental rate is based on 4 bedrooms and 8 guests, additional charges apply for extra guests/beds if needed.


The villa is fully serviced with Villa Manager, cook, housekeeping and butler. With extensive local knowledge our villa manager can organise tours, to visit neighbouring temples or viewpoints, beaches or points of interest. A special meal or celebration or if you just want to relax and indulge in a massage or take a private yoga class. Our dedicated staff are ready to make your stay extra special.

The staff at the villa actually live on site but in a separate area, and so are available in case of emergencies 24 hours per day.
