Former family hunting house tastefully renovated in the heart of the beautiful countryside of eastern Sicily, a few kilometers from Syracuse, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide and Modica.
Garden of approximately two hectares with agaves, bougainvillea, Indian figs and century-old olive trees grow. The main building of the villa has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and two further bedrooms. A large kitchen, living room and veranda offering panoramic views of the countryside. 3 other double bedrooms with bathroom then overlook the garden and the swimming pool for a total of 7 suites.

This rental is a dream. The house and grounds are stunning. We enjoyed cooking with friends and family, relaxing by the pool, and the peaceful quiet. The soundtrack of a cow bell in the distance and an occasional moo was perfect. Lots of bio ingredients are a short drive from the house. Stylish Palazzolo Acreide is about 15 mins drive and the the hubbub of Noto is about 30 minutes. The only thing that would have made it better was if the wood fired bread oven was operational.

Cette maison est absolument magnifique. Nous avons été époustouflés dès notre arrivée. Vous pouvez vraiment vous déconnecter de la vie trépidante de la ville. Arrivée très sympathique, Sonia a également donné des recommandations pour la plage locale (Fontane Bianche est belle et géniale avec les enfants car ils ont des lidos avec resto, salles de bain, douches, etc. Le sable est également très agréable et vous pouvez louer de petits bateaux pour l'activité aquatique) et resto (Bellomia pour le café du matin et le petit déjeuner). Le village de Canicattini Bagni est à 10 minutes du supermarché. Je vous suggère de faire des recherches sur l'emplacement exact de la villa avant votre arrivée car certaines applications GPS nous ont amenés à un emplacement incorrect au début. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit ! Tu ne le regretteras pas.
