The medieval village of Manciano is perched on the top of a hill from where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama that goes from Mount Amiata to the coast, with Talamone, Mount Argentario and on clearer days, up to 'to the islands of Giglio and Montecristo which are part of the Tuscan archipelago.
Among the territories of the municipality of Manciano, Montemerano stands out, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy which stands on a hill covered with centuries-old olive trees and, just 13 km away, Saturnia which owes its fame at the thermal baths whose sulphurous waters emerge at a temperature of 37° C.

The Villa is located in a quiet location 2 km from the village center and is decorated with a beautiful, very well-kept garden where there is also the 8 x 4 m swimming pool with a solarium and a shaded pergola with a table and chairs.
The covered veranda includes a living room, a dining area with a ceiling fan and overlooks the garden and swimming pool which, on request, can be fenced. The house is furnished with friendly, characterful furniture, all bedrooms have air conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. -waves; the barbecue is outside.
