The space
This is a stunning spacious 7 bedroom villa on 3 levels and includes a large garden and 2 outdoor jacuzzies (cold water). It is managed and run by myself and my maid khun lek who will be there each day to clean and help with our guests needs..There lots of space and it's situated in a great quiet location in the popular area of Bangrak yet less than 5 mins from all local amenities and Bangrak beach..
Arriving at this spacious 7 bedroom villa you will no doubt be impressed by your choice of accommodation. As you enter the main spacious open plan living area, there is a large modern western kitchen with all ammenities, beautifully furnished dining room & living room with 64 inch smart tv including pulse tv with 100's english tv channels, latest films, tv series and sports channels. The whole length of this amazing space are bi-fold sliding patio doors opening onto the outside living area including large outside dining table, large 13 x 5 m infinity swimming pool and more seating areas, outside shower and bathroom. On this level there is also a king sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large private balcony to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.
Up a staircase leads to another 2 bedrooms, one king size and one queen both tastefully furnished and with ensuite bathrooms, smart tvs and a large balcony with the added bonus of an outdoor jacuzzi in the centre that easily fits 8 guests to enjoy the beautiful seaviews.
Up another staircase leads to the stunning master bedroom suite spreading the whole top level of the villa, with its own living room with 2 sofas, 48 inch smart tv, large balcony and ensuite bathroom and closet. Another lovely surprise is another outdoor jacuzzi for 2, again to relax and enjoy the stunning seaviews. On the ground level of the villa is the 5th stylish king size bedroom with ensuite and outside patio area with roof to relax and enjoy the beautifully kept large garden views.
In the large garden area is a seperate annexe with another 2 Queen bedrooms with ensuites making this a 7 bedroom villa but with the bedrooms spread out in different levels and areas with its great design guests will have plenty of privacy.
Also on the ground level is a large covered outdoor terrace and bbq area with plenty of seating for 14 guests to enjoy the evenings.
This villa is really the villa that keeps on giving, situated on a massive plot of over 1000 sq metres, situated in a great quiet location surrounded by fields behind and to the side yet only 5 mins to the beach and Bangrak, all its many bars, beachclubs, restaurants, shops and ammenities & less than 10 mins to Fisherman's Village & Chaweng it provides the perfect holiday setting.
