Koh Samui Villa 12 pers

The villa is perched on the hillside of Chaweng Noi, on the eastern side of Koh Samui island.
With a total surface area of 680 m², including 200 m² of terraces and balconies, and a 50 m² infinity pool. With capacity for 12 guests, the 6 bedrooms face the sea.
This villa boasts a serene atmosphere of comfort, privacy and relaxation, surrounded by coconut groves and an exceptional panoramic view of Chaweng Bay.

The accommodation
With its 3-level architecture, the villa harmoniously combines indoor and outdoor living, with plenty of space for relaxation, and features refined local decor.
With direct access from the parking lot, the living room is the main living space, with a dining area, lounge and kitchen.
It opens onto the terrace with its large 50 m² infinity pool, treated with salt for your well-being.
The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, sofas, beans-bags and a large gas barbecue.
The 6 bedrooms, with high-comfort bedding, face the sea and feature terraces or balconies and outdoor furniture. Each room has an en suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin, rain shower set (the master bedroom has a bathtub), hairdryer, robe, slippers and shampoo and shower gel dispensers.
They are equipped with air-conditioning, fan, safe and large dressing room. All linen is provided, as are pool and beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with :
Fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, blender, toaster. ... In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for cooking, with plenty of crockery, pots and pans.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with ironing board are available in the adjoining room.
