Magnificent 5-Bedroom Ski-In/Ski-Out Chalet for Rent

This stunning chalet, available for rent in both winter and summer, can accommodate up to 10 people in spacious rooms. Designed by an architect and built to high specifications, the chalet exudes a luxurious, high-tech mountain ambiance. Ideally situated, the combination of aged wood, traditional stones, and glass balconies makes it one of the most prestigious in the resort. The interior offers generous space, with the focal point being the expansive kitchen/living/dining area adorned with stone, surrounded by windows on all sides, and open to wooden beams above. The cinema screen in the living room measures 190 cm, and a fireplace seamlessly integrates into the stone wall.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The fusion of high-tech features and mountain decor continues in the five spacious bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms in total. Each room is equipped with an Apple TV and DVD player with a choice of over 200 movies. The master bedroom features a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a sink and shower. Two of the other bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while a fourth bathroom (with a shower) is available for the remaining two bedrooms. Chalet La Tzoumaz is equipped with a high chair and a folding cot for children under 2 years old (bedding not provided), and a second one can be provided upon request upon arrival. Please note that, in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions, extra mattresses are not provided with the cots.

Facilities

The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for large groups, with essential oven and hob. There is also a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as fondue and raclette sets for a traditional Swiss evening by the fireplace. Your ski boots and gloves will always be warm and dry thanks to the boot and glove dryers located in the large ski room. An iron and hairdryer are available, along with a portable gas barbecue for outdoor use. Please note that there is no washing machine available for guests, and there is no laundry service in the village.

Parking

In the summer, parking for 2 or 3 cars is available below the chalet. In winter, it is recommended to park only one car at the chalet. A four-wheel-drive vehicle with winter tires and/or snow chains is necessary to access this space in winter, as it involves traversing a snowy and gravel pedestrian path. Alternative parking is available 50 meters from the chalet if you don't have a four-wheel-drive vehicle. It is advisable to have at least one car, both in summer and winter. Contact us for train or airport transfers.

Winter

This chalet is ski-in/ski-out accessible. The trail along the road in front of the chalet is groomed and maintained for skiers during the ski season, allowing you to ski the 400 meters to the main ski slope and ski down to the Savoleyres gondola. At the end of the day, you can ski back home. This route is suitable for everyone except complete beginners, who will need to cover the 400 meters to the beginner ski area. The modern high-speed gondola takes you from La Tzoumaz to the top of Savoleyres in less than 8 minutes. From there, you have the choice to ski back on the quiet slopes of La Tzoumaz or descend to the legendary Verbier slopes and world-class off-piste opportunities in the extensive 4-Valleys ski area.
Booking Details

The total price consists of a non-variable one-time cost (per booking) to cover final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and other unique fees, plus a nightly rental rate (per night) and tourist taxes per night (per adult/child and per night), along with website fees (site-specific).

Tourist taxes for the number of adults/children indicated at the time of the request/reservation. Please note that due to the inclusion of tourist taxes in the calculation, the price varies based on the number of people staying. Adults are considered to be over 16 years old, and children are between 6 and 15 years old. At the time of booking, it is not necessary to declare (or pay for) children under 6 years old at the travel date, but please mention them in the "Special Requests" box so that we can include children in the chalet preparation.
Free summer lift passes for the number of adults/children indicated at the time of booking (from early July to late August)
The opportunity to purchase discounted ski lessons (15% discount) and rentals (15% discount) and have them ready for your arrival (conditions apply) after booking winter holidays with us (from December to April).
Not included in the price:

Upon arrival, we will ask for a credit card pre-authorization to use in case of unpaid breakage upon departure (up to 1000 CHF). The deposit will be canceled if no unpaid damage is found after your departure.
Firewood (22 CHF per 20-25kg box at the agency or supermarket)
Dogs not allowed
Only the exit cleaning is included in the base price. If you want additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged upon request.
Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. If you need an extra set of sheets and towels during your stay, this can be arranged for 22 CHF per person.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in from 2:00 PM can be purchased up to one week in advance for Saturday arrivals in winter and summer.
We operate strictly on a "first-paid = first-reserved" basis for bookings, meaning we cannot guarantee availability beyond what you see on this online booking portal. Therefore, we recommend confirming within 48 hours to secure the reservation. You can book and pay by credit card now via the secure online booking portal using the link on this page. 50% of the total amount is due at the reservation, and the remainder is payable 2 months before arrival.
