A large equipped common room that can accommodate all guests
The apartment of the owner who lives next to the farm but who does not have access to the swimming pool and outdoor spaces which remain reserved for guests; The owners are very cordial people who will be happy to give you advice and organize hikes with you to discover the beauties of Tuscany and Umbria.
The property enjoys a perfect geographical position for those wishing to discover the two most beautiful regions of Italy.
Vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables available to guests.
Beautiful exterior area equipped for meals (tables, chairs) and spacious interior area with living room, kitchen and dining area which can accommodate all guests.
The private swimming pool will cool off on the hottest days (large hedge which isolates this area).
Note: the villa has a security system with video surveillance cameras only for exteriors

Ground floor: one bedroom with double bed and single bed, dining area (TV), cooking area (oven, freezer), bathroom with shower. This bathroom is equipped to accommodate disabled people.
Apartment 2:
Ground floor: one bedroom with double bed and dining area (TV), cooking area (oven, freezer), bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3:
First floor: living room (TV) with dining area with double sofa bed and cooking area (oven, freezer), private terrace equipped with tables and chairs.
