This 18th century mansion, transformed into a magnificent holiday villa, with a large fenced park (approx. 10,000 m²) and a private swimming pool (5x12; h 1.20-2.20), is located in a dominant panoramic position 3 km from the village of Vicchio. The villa extends over two floors, is very large and has retained its original charm with its coffered ceilings and antique furniture, while ensuring modern comfort. There is enough room for two or more families with children or groups of friends vacationing together, and the youngest will certainly rejoice in the large outdoor games room, while the adults can "focus" on total relaxation, by the swimming pool or under the shaded foliage of century-old trees! The pergola, furnished with a large table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and admiring the magnificent panorama of the Mugello hills, rich in forests, fields and olive groves. Nature and trekking enthusiasts are spoiled for choice in this region, as there are numerous trails that lead to silent and untouched natural landscapes. We also recommend an excursion to Lake Bilancino (about 25 km), which is not only suitable for swimming, but also attracts water sports enthusiasts. You can actually practice: sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. The villa is an ideal starting point for an excursion to Florence (about 40 km), but also to Siena, Lucca and Pisa, which can also be reached by train from Vicchio station (3 km - shops of all kinds). Two baby beds are available. Parking on site. Pets allowed upon agreement at time of booking. The concierge lives in the farm which is connected to the back of the villa.
