Villa Configuration: All 5 rooms have air-conditioning and 5 ensuite bathroom and 1 communal bathroom with indoor rainshower, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, sockets are near the bed, in-room safe or safety deposit box, hangers, wardrobe cabinet. 43” TVs in Bedroom 1 and 2, 50” TVs in Bedroom 3, 4 and 5. All 4 master bedrooms have pantry area with sink, drawers and fridge, own balcony access with comfortable outdoor seating

Pool: Salt-water infinity pool 16m x 4.5m with 1.15m depth and Indoor hot tub Jacuzzi spa baths with 1 lounge chair.

Living Areas: Enclosed & Air-conditioned Indoor Living - Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and elegance; Outdoor Living - Beautifully designed sitting right on the oceanfront. Use the soft seating areas for maximum comfort and relaxation. Whether you decide to stay in the sun or use the shaded areas, our sun loungers, day beds and outdoor furniture are all of the highest quality to really maximize your enjoyment here.

Dining: Private chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). Shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service are available at grocery bill + 15% handling fee; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance at an extra charge; Floating breakfast can be arranged (extra charge). Dining area can sit up to 10 persons (can add 2 extra chairs if needed).
