Villa situated in one of the most desirable areas making it the ideal location for families, couples and singles to enjoy a great holiday experience in the tropical island paradise of Phuket. The villa is situated close to the beautiful beach of Nai Harn (recently voted by Trip Advisor as the 3rd best beach in Asia) and located at the South West tip of the island.
Situated in a peaceful and upscale area on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac you have easy access to local amenities, including a full range of restaurants, family friendly bars, shops and banks, all a short walk from your villa.
Both villas provide quality and spacious accommodation; they were built and equipped to an uncompromising standard. Villa was refurbished in 2014. We have an ongoing maintenance and upgrade program that ensures the properties are kept looking like new. They are managed by the English owner and maintained and serviced on a daily basis by our full time staff.
Villa provides spacious accommodation with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 adults.
We provide a full range of services for our guests. Basic services such as airport transfers, daily housekeeping, gardening, towels and linen, unlimited Internet access and satellite TV are all included in the rental price. In addition we provide a full range of supplementary services and concierge assistance to enhance your holiday experience.

Additional information
Airport Transfers both ways to Phuket International Airport or other location on Phuket. We provide one mini bus for both transfers. Where additional vehicles or transfers are needed we will charge at our cost.
Towels for the bathroom and pool as well as bed linen are included. Towels are changed every 2-3 days and bed linen every 3-4 days. We also have a stock of beach towels.
Full daily maid service is provided . Full time housekeeping staff . We also have a full time gardener who attends to the garden and pool.
High speed Wi-Fi Internet access is available in both villas.
Satellite TV (UBC) offering several English language news and movie channels are provided in the lounge area. We also have a DVD player and selection of DVD’s and books.
Reasonable use of electricity, water charges, service and taxes are included.
There is an automatic washing machine and dishwasher with soap powder etc. We also provide toilet rolls, tissues, and kitchen towels.
Concierge assistance is available at any reasonable time. Where guests have any serious or urgent problems we are happy to assist at any time.

To say this is a beautiful house is not giving John the credit he deserves. In pristine condition, in a beautiful location, very quiet and comfortable, with all the needed amenities. This is a home rather than just a house. Our host John was massively helpful and very kind. Also - don't miss out eating at Zurich Bread House across the main street - Yummy Yummy!

superb villa in a quiet area but close to shops the photos correspond to reality. very pleasant, flowery, calm environment. the shops are really close. the villa is spacious, very well equipped. nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.
