Recently renovated, this superb penthouse at the foot of the slopes is the ideal place in Verbier for winter sports enthusiasts. Beyond its comfort and its modern decoration, its strong point is undoubtedly its location. After a day of skiing, the track takes you directly to your home, where you can leave your skis in the dedicated room with boot heaters.
Accommodating up to ten people, this two-storey penthouse is located at the top of a five-storey chalet, housing underground parking.
By the elevator, you will reach a corridor leading to a beautiful open wooden kitchen equipped, with wine cellar and bar, overlooking a spacious dining room with twelve place settings in soft and warm tones.
This floor also houses two double bedrooms and a master suite. Each double room with double bed and TV has access to the terrace and its own bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The large master suite with double bed has a magnificent fireplace with a contemporary design. The room, pierced with bay windows, is very bright. It also overlooks the terrace where you can bask in the sun in the deck chairs or on the outdoor bed provided for this purpose.
From the dining room, a staircase takes you to the second floor on the mezzanine where there is a beautiful living room organized around an elegant fireplace in rough stone, wood and waxed concrete. This living room opens onto a pleasant south-facing terrace with a view of the Place Blanche, the main meeting place of the Swiss village, and the mountains. You will appreciate the charm of the exposed framework, parquet and natural wood paneling, as well as the cozy upholstery and the designer touch of the vintage rocking chairs.
On this floor you will also find two bedrooms. One, with shower room, can be converted into twin beds or a double bed. The other, with a double bed, includes a lounge area, a dressing room and a large bathroom with bath and shower. In variations of beige and gray, with occasional touches of color, the decoration of the rooms is both comfortable and graphic. You will finally savor the pleasure of a moment of relaxation in the traditional wooden sauna and the soothingly lit hammam in this superb penthouse at the foot of the slopes after an intense day of skiing.
