The Chalet
In the heights of Verbier, less than a kilometer from the resort and the 4 Valleys ski lifts, this chic champagne-style chalet is an ideal retreat for a small family or a group of friends. With a capacity of six to eight people, its 300 m2 are spread over three floors, including a charming mezzanine. Outside, the terrace has a sumptuous jacuzzi from which you can admire the dazzling panorama of the Swiss Alps.
After depositing your equipment in the ski room on the ground floor (with heated shoe cabinet), you can go directly to your room to relax or take a trip to the games room to play a game. billiards and enjoy an aperitif in one of its large soft sofas.
The three main bedrooms are located on the first level of the chalet. Decorated in the respect of the alpine tradition, you will feel like in the chalets of yesteryear. The walls with wooden cladding and the stone paving dialogue in harmony with the antique furniture and the large wrought iron beds. The atmosphere of each of the rooms is simple and elegant. Two of them are double and equipped with King size beds with private bathrooms equipped with old-fashioned clawfoot and tiled bathtubs. The third is reserved for children, with four bunk beds and an adjoining shower room. The architects were pleased to restore the authentic cachet of the residence, multiplying the charming details, from the choice of finely embroidered curtains and rustic ironwork to the old engravings that decorate the walls. Perched in the mezzanine, a last bedroom equipped with two extra beds can also accommodate two other people who can then benefit from the independent bathroom on the ground floor.
On the 1st floor, you will discover the living room open to the dining room and the kitchen, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc which dominates the resort. The whole room is adorned with raw wood, in a warm and country atmosphere. The wood grain of the frame and exposed beams, the staircase and the massive ladder leading to the mezzanine are reminiscent of the typical architecture of Swiss chalets. At the corner of the large stone fireplace, armchairs and sofas in red and white fabrics brighten up and warm the atmosphere.
In good weather, the outdoor spaces will finally offer you delicious moments of relaxation. The wooden railing terraces are equipped with tables and seats to allow you to share good meals with your guests while the jacuzzi, in the heart of unspoiled nature and with a dazzling perspective on the snow-capped mountains, turns out to be the true gem of this chic country style chalet.
