Be the first to book your stay in this luxury six-bedroom chalet with jacuzzi and sauna area - it's brand new to the rental market for winter 2024! Completely renovated to a high standard in 2022/23, and with a new sauna and jacuzzi area, it is sure to be a perfect location for your mountain holiday, just 100m walk from the ski slopes of La Tzoumaz, it has incredible access to the 4 Valleys of Verbier in winter and summer. The elevated position ensures magnificent views from inside and out, over the village rooftops, valley and mountains beyond.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
With its six bedrooms and four bathrooms, this chalet can easily accommodate up to 12 people:

Main floor:
- Double bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), smart TV, wardrobe, desk and chair, doors to balcony with seating and stunning valley views, en-suite bathroom.
- Double bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), windows with mountain view, wardrobe.
- Adjoining bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer.
- Bathroom with single sink, walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer

Upper floor :

Tzoumaz Chalet is equipped with a high chair and a folding travel cot (bedding not provided) suitable for children under 2 years old, and a second is available on request upon arrival. Please note that in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions, additional mattresses are not supplied with children's beds.

Equipment
The main kitchen, living room and dining room, located on the central floor of the chalet, is one large open plan space with separate areas for the kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for twelve people: oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric filter coffee machine, and a double fridge- large freezer with ice maker. There are fondue and raclette sets for a traditional Swiss evening in front of the visual effect "fireplace". A washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron and portable gas grill are available for guests' use. A large ski and boot room located at the entrance allows you to keep all your mountain equipment dry and tidy.

Relaxation
At the end of a day of skiing, you can stop at the Bar des Etablons to enjoy a mulled wine after skiing, then walk the few hundred meters that separate you from the forest shortcut. The elevated outdoor spa area, with its jacuzzi and wood-fired eco-sauna, is a fabulous place to relax after an exciting day in the mountains or to admire the stars twinkling over the stunning views. Once inside you will enjoy underfloor heating throughout the chalet, allowing you to be warm and cozy while you enjoy your days and evenings overlooking the village and surrounding snow-capped mountains.

The separate cinema room downstairs is a fabulous place to watch a film together, or let the kids play while you relax with an adult aperitif upstairs.

If you want to go to one of the resort's bars or restaurants, you can walk down about 600 meters to the town center. If you want a day without skiing, you won't be bored thanks to the La Tzoumaz toboggan run, located near the chalet. You can use your pass to climb to the top of the Savoleyres gondola with your sled. Please note that it is best to rent a sturdy sled at the resort, as there are 10km of toboggan runs between the top of the gondola and the bottom of the slope!
Winter
This chalet is practically transferable on skis! During the ski season you just have to walk 100 meters through the forest on a small path and you will find the slope. From there, just go down the main slope for around 300 meters to arrive at the Savoleyres gondola. At the end of the last descent of the day, don't forget to stop before the end and look for the shortcut to return to your chalet! This route is not accessible to complete beginners, who will have to walk the 600 m from the ski school meeting point to the gondola. The modern high-speed gondola transports you from La Tzoumaz to the top of Les Savoleyres in less than 8 minutes, from where you can decide whether to return to the quiet slopes of La Tzoumaz or head back down to the legendary slopes of Verbier and off-road opportunities. -world-class slope in the vast 4-Vallées ski area.

Summer
During the peak summer season (early July to late August), we offer free VIP walking passes, half-price mountain bike day passes and a whole host of other discounts. The gondola connection to Verbier operates daily at this time of year from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., meaning you can easily access the famous resort as a pedestrian, or accompanied by your bike or of your e-bike. For a small additional fee, you can even take various ski lifts to get to Mont Fort, at 3300m above sea level, to taste the highest fondue in Europe and enjoy incredible mountain panoramas, including Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn.
Reservation details
The total price consists of a one-time non-variable cost (per booking) to cover final cleaning, linens and towels, and other one-time charges, plus a nightly rental rate (per night) and taxes. stay per night (per adult/child per night), plus website fees (site specific).

This total price includes the following items

- unlimited use of the private jacuzzi (from the day after your arrival)

- tourist taxes for the number of adults/children indicated at the time of request/reservation. Please note that due to the inclusion of tourist taxes in the calculation, the price varies depending on the number of people staying. By adults we mean people aged over 16 and by children we mean people aged 6 to 15. At the time of booking, it is not necessary to declare (nor pay for) children under 6 years of age on the date of travel, but please mention them in the "Special Requests" box so that we can include them in our arrival preparations.
- free summer packages for the number of adults/children indicated at the time of booking (from the beginning of July to the end of August)
- the possibility to purchase ski lessons (15%) and rentals (15%) at a discounted price and have them ready for your arrival (under certain conditions) after booking a winter holiday with us (from December to april).

Not included in the price:
- On arrival, we will request a pre-authorization of the credit card to be used in the event of a breakage not paid for on departure (up to 1000 CHF). The deposit will be canceled if no unpaid damage is found after your departure.
- Dogs not allowed
- Please note that there is no wood burning fireplace in the property and the lounge feature is an electric fire effect screen.
- Only exit cleaning is included in the base price. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged upon request.
- Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. If you require an extra set of sheets and towels during your stay this can be arranged for 22CHF per person.
- Standard arrival is from 4:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m. Early arrivals from 2:00 p.m. can be purchased up to a week in advance for Saturday arrivals in winter and during peak periods in summer.

We strictly apply the "first paid = first booked" principle for reservations, which means we cannot guarantee availability beyond what you see on this online reservation portal. We therefore recommend that you confirm your reservation within 48 hours in order to secure it. You can book and pay by credit card now via the secure online booking portal using the link on this page. 50% of the total amount is due upon booking and the remainder is payable 2 months before arrival.
