The apartment
The first advantage of this fabulous duplex at the foot of the slopes is undoubtedly its location: on the top floor of a luxury residence, it is literally at the start of the Le Rouge slope, not far from the Médran cable car, in one of the most popular sectors of the Verbier resort. Ideal retreat for the most experienced skiers who can return to the chalet without leaving their skis, it will also satisfy the most novices with its magnificent setting and its hammam dedicated to relaxation.
Covering an area of ​​220 m2, the apartment is spread over two levels and can accommodate six people in three remarkably furnished double bedrooms and a spacious living room.
The whole has been elegantly decorated, in a sober and refined style reminiscent of New England, giving pride of place to wood and the light that penetrates through the bay windows of the living room opening onto a south-facing balcony, with a view dazzling view of the Verbier valley.
You will feel at home here, everything has been designed for your comfort and serenity. The large sofas in the living room face a rustic stone fireplace, not far from a library corner and a space reserved for reading with charming wicker armchairs. Exposed beams and local handicrafts recall the traditional architecture of Swiss chalets, but the height under the ceiling, enhanced by the whiteness and sobriety of the walls, gives above all an impression of space and modernity.
On the dining room side, a superb dresser sits alongside a large oval table in ebony-coloured wood that can accommodate up to eight guests, near an open-plan kitchen equipped with an ultra-modern counter and a wine cellar , promise of delicious moments of conviviality.
There are three bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom (separate shower and bath) and a spacious study as well as two double bedrooms with private shower rooms. All rooms are modular thanks to their twin beds. The third bedroom is located upstairs, accessible by a beautiful painted wooden staircase, adjoining a television area fitted out under the frame for the happiness of the little ones.
You will finally have access to the privileged services of the residence, with the possibility of taking advantage of the ski room equipped with a heated shoe cabinet once you return from your day of skiing.
