Located in the hills between Campanet and Pollensa in the shadow of the Tramuntana mountains north of Mallorca, the villa offers a relaxing retreat away from all the worries of the world.
The property reflects this perfect marriage of the old and the new, traditional and contemporary. The whitewashed walls, the terracotta tiles and the exposed stone walls compete with the stripped spaces, the chic furniture, the polished oak floors and the magnificent cedar and pine carpentry.
Yet everything is attractive and discreet, and the overwhelming feeling you feel is that of a spacious and minimalist luxury with the soft Mediterranean light that crosses the large French windows.
The main living-dining room is ideal for relaxing. Everything is open and spacious here, with a mix of hardwood and natural stone floors offering quality finishes.
There is a modern fireplace to keep you comfortable and warm if the temperature drops, and satellite TV, DVD and CD/stereo with iPod connection will provide all the home entertainment you need.
The central attraction of the villa's dining room is the long wooden table that can accommodate up to 12 people - ideal for a shared meal with family, friends or colleagues.
The living/dining room leads to the attractive equipped kitchen with a large oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezing, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils to cook a treat from fresh products from local markets. (If you wish, a local cook is available* and you also have the services of a cleaner.)
There is also a service area, with a large washing machine and ironing facilities.
Four single suites with double and twin beds and private terrace are located separately from the main living room.
Upstairs of the living/dining rooms, there is a half-floor with two double bedrooms, both with sunny terraces.
On the second floor, you will find two other double bedrooms and a shared balcony. Towels and bed linen are included.
In addition, recent additions to the property include two other guest rooms and a large yoga studio.
The exterior of the property is exceptional. A winding path leads to the beautiful private pool and terrace, dotted with sun loungers and luxury umbrellas. The views from here are out of this world!
A dedicated pool house with cloakroom, toilet, washing equipment and refrigerator is also available for your use.
