Welcome to one of the most remarkable contemporary villas. Its design is resolutely futuristic, with a projecting flat roof and sharp angles, contrasting sharply with the serene, relaxing surroundings. The facilities are suitable for family and friends: with a saltwater swimming pool, basketball court, table tennis table and extensive landscaped gardens, the Villa is the ideal holiday destination, just a 10-minute drive from the historic centre of Montpellier.

On the south side of the villa you will find the villa's large swimming pool with sun loungers, which is located directly under the wooden terrace. This terrace consists of a light-filled dining room that seats 10, as well as a lounge area with sofas and a coffee table. A barbecue area (with Weber barbecue, traditional barbecue and plancha) is available for guests to enjoy summer evenings by the pool.
The large garden and its multitude of flowers and olive trees are framed by superb dry stone walls. At the bottom of the garden, young and old alike can enjoy a basketball court and table tennis table.

The Villa is spread over three floors: the staircase from the pool leads to the middle floor. From here, a spacious entrance offers two symmetrical sleeping areas to the left and right, and a staircase leads to the upper and lower levels.

The fully-equipped kitchen on the middle floor is extremely well-lit thanks to the sliding glass doors to the terrace, and its central island makes it easy to prepare meals for both indoor and outdoor dining areas. It offers a range of top-of-the-range equipment (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and Phillips espresso machine with coffee grinder). This kitchen shares an open plan with the large living room, its second indoor dining room and its lounge area with two sofas and several armchairs facing a fireplace and a piano. Here again, the combination of the refined furnishings in this room and the huge windows offering uninterrupted views over the villa's grounds, gives an undeniable sense of 'indoor-outdoor' living.

The two middle floor suites each comprise a double bedroom with large closets, an office area, and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the large parental suite, which is accessed by a floating staircase. There you will find an office area, a master bedroom with a walk-through dressing-room, as well as a bathroom (shower and bath) which has access to a roof terrace with stunning views and even a glimpse of the sea.
Finally, the lower floor of the house offers a further two bedrooms, each with two twin beds (which can form double beds) and fitted wardrobes. They share a shower room, with two sinks and a toilet. They also share a small living room with a kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, coffee machine). Both bedrooms open onto the garden’s north and eastern sides, and have access to a covered terrace with its table tennis table.

Two cats live at the property and will need you care and attention.

The Villa is located in the Aiguelongue district just north of Montpellier. The area is renowned for its green landscapes, clean air, and verdant biodiversity, making it the perfect getaway for those looking to relax in a lush natural setting, whilst a stone’s throw from Montpellier’s historical centre.
As it is located in such close proximity to civilisation – with local shops including a bakery, pharmacy and grocery store, deli, newsagent, bank, and restaurants all being a short walk away – the use of the on-site parking will be reserved for excusions further afield: with restaurants a 5mins drive, Montpellier centre 10mins, the beaches and Airport are 20mins.

Local attractions include The Pic Saint Loup, as its breath-taking landscapes capture whole swathes of the South Coast; or the small traditional medieval villages nearby (and all the charming features that come with them) : open-air markets, vineyards offering wine-tasting, and plenty of cultural discoveries.
