An enormous terrace is ideal for entertaining or even just an alfresco meal with the family. There is a separate soundproof media room which boasts a large projector screen and new state-of-the-art Bose speakers to create an amazing surround sound effect.

The middle floor (Bedroom Zone) also boasts incredible views from the Main and Second bedroom. Two other beautifully furnished bedrooms are light and bright. The Main bedroom is very spacious, has its own en-suite and opens into a balcony that is shared with the Second bedroom. The Second and Third bedroom share a large two-way en-suite that is also fitted with a bath. The fourth bedroom opens out to a front courtyard.


The bottom floor (Retreat Zone) opens into a large rumpus room and comprises a kitchenette and bathroom. The zen space overlooks the pool and garden. Plenty of space for the kids to play or, alternatively, for yoga and meditation.

Balmoral Beach offers a more relaxed atmosphere, with parks, swimming and beachside cafes.



It’s tempting to stay at home and get lost in the harbour view from your balcony, but at some point you may want to venture out and explore this beautiful suburb. A walk through Mosman can be varied to your fitness level, from a nice stroll to the nearest shops to a more adventurous hike around the leafy surroundings.
