This an idyllic holiday villa providing every comfort imaginable and world-class panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour which will take your breath away.

Located on the Northern Sydney seashore in the prestigious suburb of Balmoral, this gorgeous architect-designed villa is just a short walk from the exclusive Mosman shopping strip. This superb seaside pocket is a peaceful haven all year around. There is a protected beach, popular with early morning swimmers and fitness fanatics, picturesque parklands and a selection of cafes and restaurants from casual to formal and of course a popular take away Fish & Chip shop should you prefer to eat dinner on the beach.

This state of the art, luxury home provides the perfect environment for an indulgent and relaxed holiday. Each bedroom is king-sized with it’s own dressing room and ensuite. The living spaces, both indoor and outdoor are open, spacious, breezy and relaxed. There are places to come together socialising or find some space in total serenity. The triple level home has been cleverly zoned for families or groups of friends as well as offering a homey feeling for just a couple.

The lower floor (only available certain times) has two bedrooms with ensuites, a playroom/home theatre, home gym and laundry. The pool, sun lounges, terraced garden and trampoline are also accessed from this level.

The middle floor is where you’ll find the main living spaces as well as a lovely bedroom. There are large open plan living & dining rooms as well as a fully equipped entertainers kitchen. The living space flows onto a glorious outdoor terrace with BBQ, sun lounges and dining for 8, once again taking in uninterrupted views of the spectacular surrounds.

The top floor has a further two bedrooms each with an ensuite, dressing room and balcony. For those needing a little space in the morning, there is a private sitting room on the top floor with a telescope for exploring the views in more detail.

The villa is only a 15-minute drive to the CBD and has something to offer everyone from the beautiful Tarronga Zoo to the Sydney Harbour National Park, the many stunning bays and designer shopping precincts. Sydney has an excellent ferry network connecting the areas and it’s a great base from which to explore Sydney and the surrounding areas.

A $7,500.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
