Other remarks
Is Included in the price: swimming pool maintenance (2 x week) and garden maintenance (1 x week), internet (fiber optic), cleaning and change of household linen (sheets, bath and pool towels) 1 x week, water.
Not included: your electricity consumption [6 THB / kwh]. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out.
