A 45-minute drive from Palma airport brings you to the gateway to Can Aloy, at the foot of the famous Calvary steps, a stone's throw from the 13 restaurants, cafés and bars of the main square and a short walk from stores, banks and other local amenities. A simple cab transfer is all it takes to spend a week of luxury and relaxation in one of the island's most beautiful cities, where everything is within easy reach.

The interior is magnificent, with living rooms on the first floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and a swimming pool on the secluded roof terrace. The house is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), with a smart TV and Wi-Fi connection available throughout the property. The house is light and airy, furnished to the highest standards, fully equipped with modern appliances and designed to offer a blend of luxury and comfort in a family environment.

At the front of the property is a large open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the latest appliances and a separate wine fridge. Bedroom 2 is a twin room on the second floor, with large French windows that let in the soft Mediterranean light, as does bedroom 3, which is a double room. Bedroom 2's bathroom features a large inground bathtub, while the other two bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers. A laundry room is available for washing and drying clothes, as well as preparing drinks for the terrace.

One of the villa's main attractions is the fabulous roof terrace (4.25 m x 2.40 m) with 2 sun loungers and 2 recliners. The pool (3.80 m x 2.40 m) is a salt-based system, more respectful of skin and the environment. The terrace is secluded and overlooks the terracotta roofs of the old town, with a view of the magnificent Tramuntana mountains. It's the ideal spot for a late afternoon swim or a pre-dinner cocktail at sunset.
