You have everything from a poolside sala to a massage pavilion, a terrace on the Ping River from which to enjoy serene river views, and expansive gardens ideal for children. Built on a private estate, the villa promises a memorable, comfortable and truly wonderful stay with your loved ones.

The villa has six luxurious en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds and one with a custom king-size bed. The sixth room is now located by the pool in its own private pavilion with bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned and decorated in the same royal tones, with abundant use of Thai reds, local weavings and striking artwork.

Some rooms have sitting areas with leather sofas, and the wooden interiors offer a warmth that will make you feel at home. Four-poster beds will ensure a comfortable night's rest.

With its well-tended gardens abundantly planted with lush tropical plants and ancient trees, the estate is a tropical paradise. While the kids run and play in the garden, you can enjoy a massage by the pool or relax in the shade of the lounge. The sumptuous pool is perfect for swimming laps and even water games. The wooden pool deck is lined with numerous lounge chairs and rattan beds for sunbathing.

The beautiful landscape is designed with koi ponds, plenty of Thai art and stone carvings for an authentic experience. Gridded garden paths lead you to the various pavilions and you can even enjoy a delicious breakfast in the open-air dining room.

When it comes to the interior lounges and common areas, the villa lives up to the hype with luxurious spaces and lounges straight out of a dream. Solid wood ceilings and floors, majestic chandeliers, rich fabrics such as those seen on wall tapestries and rugs, and Thai-inspired furniture featuring local artwork are just a few of the many notable additions in the rooms. In addition to the spectacular decor, the opulent living rooms are comfortably furnished with plush sofas and armchairs to sink into.

Villa guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances that will allow you to prepare simple, even professional meals like everyone else. You can always request that a private chef be called in to do the same for you. Just as you can eat outside, you can also eat inside in a luxurious space designed with beautiful carpeting on the floor, books on the shelves, hanging light fixtures and a 10-12 seat dining table in the center.

The staff is friendly and dedicated to serving you with pleasure as they will take care of daily housekeeping tasks including pool/garden maintenance, cleaning, security, etc. The villa houses a multi-purpose gym housed in a spacious air-conditioned pavilion. You can indulge in poolside massages or spa treatments. The villa's chef can prepare delicious feasts upon request if you wish to experience the local flavors of Thailand.

The villa is a 20-minute drive from the center of Chiang Mai, which is the center of cultural and religious activities on the island.
