The villa has five rooms, varying in size but offering similar amenities and comfort. The master suite is located upstairs for privacy. Each of the rooms has been designed in a contemporary, industrial style with exposed walls, herringbone floors, striking artwork and warm lighting. The rooms are air-conditioned for added comfort, and those located upstairs have private balconies.

Each room has an en suite bathroom designed with high-end fixtures and fittings. Complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay. The villa can easily accommodate up to 10 guests at a time.

The villa has a sumptuous 10-meter long pool, which is private by definition, as it is surrounded by extensive gardens, allowing you to enjoy yourself undisturbed. The gardens are furnished with bamboo chairs, picnic tables and barbecue facilities. So you can have a feast or a pool party whenever you want and just ask the staff to light the grill. The villa's impressive facade is as classic and sophisticated as you'd expect, with a well-designed upstairs terrace offering unparalleled views of Chiang Mai.

The living spaces feature understated contemporary minimalism with a hint of opulence for the perfect combination. The natural gray tones combined with the rustic quality of the unpolished raw wood furniture add to the charm of these spaces. Offering views of the garden and exclusive warmth in the evening, the living rooms are where a glass of wine would be a good idea. All around, you have greener views of the tropical flora that abounds. An exercise machine is located in one of these spaces for you to work out.

Exposed concrete walls, bright flowers and dark wood floors add to the appeal of the living space. They are brightly lit with sunlight and become just as romantic once the sun goes down. The dining pavilion is ideal for family meals and celebrations with a large dining table for all guests. You can also choose to dine al fresco in the garden. For work trips, there is an office area upstairs fully equipped with a computer, file cabinet, desk, printer/scanner and coat rack. Ask the attentive staff to serve you delicious dishes from the villa's menu.

The dedicated staff is here to make your stay more interesting and truly memorable. Whether it's arranging for poolside DJ nights or in-villa massages, the staff is happy to help.
