The conveniently furnished holiday flats are located in a luxurious holiday complex in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Each villa has 4 flats, all with a separate entrance. The complex is an oasis of calm and offers many possibilities for a sporty and active stay. There is an outdoor swimming pool (open from July to August). There is also a playground and even special children's bungalows for families with children. There is also a launderette (for a fee). Cots and high chairs are available on request. For a small extra charge, the beds are made for you. In case of rental to youth groups, the deposit can be increased. This applies to both individual youth groups and school classes.

Durbuy is considered to be the smallest town in the world. It is beautifully situated on the bed of the Ourthe, which meanders through the landscape, and is impressive at the foot of the cliffs. Enjoy strolling through the beautifully cobbled market square and the narrow streets with their beautiful facades, taking care not to get lost in the winding lanes. Many events are organised in the town throughout the year. The region also offers a multitude of water activities on or near the Ourthe, here you can also explore the mountain bike trails, climb rocks and abseil, play golf, go horse riding, quad biking or just go for a walk.
