This pretty villa offers you an ideal setting for your vacations: a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a very large terrace offering a magnificent panorama on the ocean and the ballet of the pleasure boats, and a location in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains!
The villa of 190 m² on a land of 830 m² offers very beautiful outside spaces. With its 5 bedrooms, it will seduce you with its numerous living spaces. You will enjoy a very large terrace offering many spaces for relaxation (sofa, dining table with plancha, hammock).
You will also appreciate the pool area with its large wooden deck and jacuzzi, its outdoor kitchen, its dining table with barbecue, its garden sofa and its splendid view of the ocean.
In the evening, the outdoor lighting of the villa creates a very warm atmosphere, with a beautiful view of Saint-Gilles which lights up.
The villa is secured (fence + access gate), and parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
On three levels, the villa offers many spaces to keep privacy while enjoying the large living spaces.
The second floor hosts a living room (flat screen and Wifi internet access), two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, as well as a toilet.
On the first floor, the entrance opens onto the very large terrace with ocean view. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom with a magnificent view and its own bathroom, and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, induction hotplates, toaster, kettle...).
On the lower floor, you will have access to two rooms opening onto the pool. These two rooms are air-conditioned and have a common bathroom with a toilet.
The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine.
Please note that the villa is not suitable for very young children (under 3 years old) due to the spacing between the cables of the railings.

ENVIRONMENT / NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, 1.2 km from the city center. The area is residential and you will appreciate the presence of all the local services that Saint-Gilles offers (bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, tobacconist, wine shop, restaurants/snacks). The supermarket is located 2 km from the villa.

At 4 minutes by car, the beach of Roches Noires with its white sand will seduce you. The swimming area is protected by an anti-shark net when the conditions allow it.

Next to it, the esplanade of Roches Noires is a real place of conviviality with its restaurants and bars facing the ocean and its sunsets.

You will enjoy all the nautical activities starting from the marina (dolphin and whale watching, deep-sea fishing, diving to discover the seabed of Reunion Island, jet-ski...). The youngest will be able to marvel at the fish in the aquarium of Saint-Gilles.

The white sandy beaches and the secure lagoon are located 10 minutes away by car. You will be able to dive to admire the multicolored fish with a simple mask. You can also enjoy a cocktail with your feet in the sand in the many restaurants located along the lagoon.

Treat yourself to an enchanted interlude on Reunion Island with the Blue Waves villa. Located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, a reference seaside resort on the west coast with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon and its water activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 cirques...).

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed to outsiders.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Animals are not allowed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Minimum 5 days rental.
Deposit : 2000 euros.
A contract of seasonal rental will record all this information.
Entry time: between 3pm and 7pm.
Check-out time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after.

In case of late arrival (after 7pm) or early departure (before 8am), please let us know (a supplement of 50 € will be asked on arrival).
